General
Keys should be collected from key safe at door of each unit.
We regret no credit card facilities. The final payment is due prior to check in, cash or EFT.
Its Self Catering accommodation, we could arrange cleaning at an additional charge per day.
Check-in time: from 14:00.
Check-out time: by 10:00 unless otherwise arranged.
Upon departure, the keys should be left in the key safe at the door of each unit.

Deposit
Yearly: 50% is required. Balance prior to arrival.
Peak holidays: (Dec, Easter or special events) full pre-payment.
Payment

EFT only
Proof of payment must be emailed to info@mazeppasunrise.co.za
We kindly request an ETA of all our guests or a contactable number to reach them (SA mobile number).
Cancellation and Refund Policy

Non-refundable: refunds will be given once rooms are rented out again. We ask you as our guests to keep in mind that once a room is booked it is no longer available to sell online.
We regret no refund will be given for non-arrival and no show guests & 100% of total booking quoted is payable.
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made in writing to info@mazeppasunrise.co.za
